David J Kacperski Sensei
Founder of Kasacombat Bujutsu Martial art
カク戦闘武術 十段 宗家 デビッド カクペスキ
David holds an enhanced CRB registered certificate and is a qualified first aider. He is a fully accredited recognised martial arts instructor coach / grading examiner. David started his martial arts training under Sensei Andrew Barber N.S.T.K National Sport and Traditional Karate. It was a Wado ryu karate do / sport Kickboxing group. David managed to attain his 1st kyu belt level and took part in many kickboxing and karate championships in both kata and sparring with the N.S.T.K. Unfortunately, the club folded and closed down so he had to look elsewhere for similar training, David was a 1st kyu at the time. He eventually found a traditional karate group W.I.K.F / U.K.K.W that taught Wado Ryu Karate do in Mansfield in the old meeting house to be precise and decided this was for him. The instructor was David Alsop sensei. He was given an option either to carry on from the grade he had been awarded by the N.S.T.K or start again from white belt. He took the decision to retake all his grades again and started as a white belt 10th kyu. He trained under sensei David Alsop until he finally graded to 1st Dan under the late Prof Tatsuo Suzuki Hanshi 8th Dan. David regularly took part in the Wado International Karate Federation championships and courses in Wado ryu karate do under Tatsuo Suzuki Hanshi. He left the U.K.K.W due to politics and decided to take his clubs and join the E.K.O English Karate Organisation under Dave Sharkey 7th Dan. Here he gained dan ranks in both Wado ryu and Shotokan karate traditional karate do and kept up with his competition interest both in kumite and traditional kata. Also throughout his time with the E.K.O he gained coaching awards from the EKGB the English Karate Governing Body as it was back then. After many years of training in Wado Ryu He was a 4th dan and 3rd dan in Shotokan. He started to feel there was more out there to be seen and learnt so he turned his hand to Jujitsu, Kempo, Kobujutsu and other styles of Budo and Bujutsu all of which he took to quite naturally due to some of the elements that make Wado ryu come from those other martial arts. Due to the politics yet again surrounding the martial arts groups he made the decision to develop his own organisation for all martial arts styles and so the kika/kbma Kasakaido International Karate Association / Kasacombat Bujutsu Martial Arts was formed. This later changed to the World Bujutsu Federation W.B.F in year 2004 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. As the W.B.F president David has organised, officiated and took part in and continues to organise many national and international courses / seminars / competitions for martial arts training groups. He also run championships covering stand up sparring, grappling arts and traditional patterns / kata. These have been thoroughly enjoyed by all so far and so he will continue to organise these events for the W.B.F and associated groups. In 2003/2004 David decided that he wanted to use the skills and knowledge he had gained from the Karate do, Jujitsu, Kempo & Kobudo to create something new and relevant give it his own stamp. Kasacombat Bujutsu and Kasakaido Ryu Martial Arts were formed. George Ross his Jujitsu instructor at the time offered him invaluable advice and encouragement in creating his new martial art and for this he was extremely grateful. Also, Andrew Morrell of the C.M.A.A Cobra Martial Arts Association also offered him great support, advice and guidance during Kasacombats creation in 2004.
